Conversation Q1 Andy H**** Posted On: 10 Nov 2009 10:45 AM Hi, in light of the recent downtime for our server I would like more control over where the domain points, for instance, to use web forwarding for a Site Down page.
For all my other names I can do this easily via the registrar.
Who's the registrar for Libble.com?

I am going to go ahead and forward this to the specific team that handles these inquiries and they will update you with additional information.

Q2 Andy H**** Posted On: 16 Nov 2009 07:26 AM Hiya, still no update on this and the re-install is due in 24 hours time. How can I set up a "maintenance" page (a web forward) without domain control? We're just gonna get a "site unavailable" browser error when the server goes down which is a bit pants really.
Please get me domain control asap, time is short now.
Q3 Andy H**** Posted On: 19 Nov 2009 08:59 AM Hi, I'm fed up of waiting now.
Please unlock the Libble.com name ready for transfer. Once unlocked, please provide me the Authorization Code to enable transfer to a new registrar.
Regards, Andy.
Q4 Andy H**** Posted On: 16 Dec 2009 10:26 AM Hi, my request to transfer has just failed according to the proposed new registrstrars, and I'm not surprised really, as the admin email is krghdrjgrc@whoisprivacyprotect.com so maybe not being monitored or dropped? and the domain for that email looks to have expired. That's REALLY good protection!
OK, so to get the domain transfer going the proposed registrars suggested I remove the whois protection so the real admin email is revealed allowing them to reinitiate the transfer and get a response from the admin email, which should be Sam.
If there is an alternative method for getting the correct admin email to the proposed registrars I'm all ears, otherwise please remove the whois protection ASAP then let me know when this is done.
I appreciate your continued co-operation in this matter.
Regards, Andy.
Q5 Andy H**** Posted On: 17 Dec 2009 04:46 AM Where is my priority support?
OK, time for another negative post, you guys really need to wake up.
Our reseller, Infinitie.net is repeatedly ignoring our requests to transfer our domain to another registrar. We don't owe them any money and continue to pay the bills on time yet they still ignore our requests. Above is just one of several unresolved tickets.
